Facebook giveaway - Thirty-One

THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED

I am doing the Happy Dance!

The Joys of Home Educating has reached 200 LIKES on our Facebook Page!
As promised I have a giveaway today!
Have you heard of the company thirty-one?  It comes from the verses of Proverbs 31.  (ya had me at Hello…)  I use their products for homeschooling, the beach, books, games, purses, coolers and so much more. You might have noticed this one in our homeschool:

“The Proverbs 31 woman is dearly loved and respected by him and her children, yet she is an individual in her own right. She manages the home and property with kindness and integrity. Her savvy business skills are partly brought about by her desire to serve others, to do good deeds and prosper. I knew women just like this, and I wanted to find a way for every woman to be recognized for who they are and for their hard work!
Their mission is a reflection of this philosophy: to celebrate, encourage and reward women by offering quality products and an outstanding opportunity to become successful business owners. We have seen this mission play out through the years in the individual lives of so many women who now have their own "Thirty-One story  “

I have posted about your giveaway on my FB page and tagged you in it :) I big outdoor homeschooling plans for the large utility tote! I love schooling outside, but getting everything we need out there is a mess. I'm sure I could put everything in this tote ahead of time and just grab it and go!

I would use it to keep all our homeschool books organized! That is not an easy task since we are in transition. This tote would also move with us to Ireland where houses are smaller and make a great addition to our homeschool room once we get there! It again will keep this momma organized!

Oh my gosh. If I won the Large Utility Tote, I would be sooo incredibly excited. I often am taking laundry up and down the stairs while holding a child (my 2 year old or my 6 month old). It makes it difficult to carry a laundry basket AND a child. I think that the Large Utility Tote would be PERFECT to put my laundry in and still be able to carry my kids. I can put the tote over my shoulder or on my arm. This tote would be a lifesaver AND a blessing!!!! Thank you for offering the giveaway!!!

I've changed my mind. I think my favorite 31 is the shoulder bag. I don't like to wear backpacks too much anymore, but other bags get left behind or constantly fall off my shoulder when I'm playing with and keeping track of a gaggle of young children!
I love the magazine baskets...very cool.

National Chocolate Chip Day

May 15, 2012 is National Chocolate Chip Day Today is National Chocolate Chip Day! Chocolate chips are an essential ingredient in dozens of delicious baked goods—chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip pancakes, chocolate chip muffins, chocolate chip brownies, chocolate chip bagels, and many more. You can even find chili recipes that call for these sweet morsels! In the 1930s, Ruth Graves Wakefield created the original chocolate chip cookie at her Toll House Inn in Whitman, Massachusetts. Ruth intended to bake chocolate cookies for her guests, but she ran out of baker’s chocolate. She substituted with chopped up semi-sweet chocolate morsels and discovered that the pieces did not melt into the dough as she expected. Her cookies were an instant hit. Today, 25% of all the cookies baked in the United States are chocolate chip! To celebrate National Chocolate Chip Day, pick up a bag of chocolate chips at the supermarket and bake something yummy to share with friends and cowor
