Halloween Banner Giveaway and Review

Hello everyone!  I am excited to bring you this post today!  Halloween is a fun (not scary) time in our family.  Traditionally, we host an ā€œover the topā€ outdoor Halloween Bash inviting over 100 people. Itā€™s so much fun to style and host! (This year is no exception!)

I am always trying to find great quality dĆ©cor that will last party after party (keeping my budget lower each year).   This year is no exception.  Just in time for my planning process, I was contacted by Michelle, of Signazon.com, I was excited to partner with her and Signazon.com for our upcoming Halloween Bash!

Here is a little bit about Signazon.com

Based in Dallas, TX but with multiple production facilities across the nation, Signazon.com is the top online custom business signs design and manufacturing company. We have been deploying the very latest in ecommerce technologies, creative template-based design, and commercial manufacturing for yard signs, real estate signs, political signs, promotion signs, vinyl banners, vinyl lettering, car magnets, and oversized checks since 2005.

Signazon offers consumers and businesses the finest customer service and highest quality of signs and banners with easy online custom sign design, fast delivery and unbeatable prices.

After browsing their website I found the PERFECT outdoor banner that we can use year after year, to welcome our guests to our party.

It was fun to design our banner using Signazon.comā€™s design function. I could import pictures, change text, sizes and more!  Of course they offer an on line proofing system so there is no room for errors! After an easy designing and ordering process our new banner arrived very quickly.  I was very impressed with the quality of the printing and the high resolution of the text and pictures.  The grommets that are attached to hang the banner are very high quality as well.
They not only offer banners of many sizes but other quality products too!  Magnet signs, decals and more!
I canā€™t wait for our guests to see this HUGE banner welcoming them to this yearā€™s Halloween Bash!

I am equally excited to offer one of my followers a chance to win a banner of their own! Signazon.com is allowing me to give away 1 banner (winnerā€™s choice of design)!   To enter this exciting giveaway use the Raffelcopter below!

Giveaway starts 9/19 and ends 9/24!

*I was given a banner of my choice by Signazon.com for exchange of my honest opinion of the product. No further compensation was given. *

National Chocolate Chip Day

May 15, 2012 is National Chocolate Chip Day Today is National Chocolate Chip Day! Chocolate chips are an essential ingredient in dozens of delicious baked goodsā€”chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip pancakes, chocolate chip muffins, chocolate chip brownies, chocolate chip bagels, and many more. You can even find chili recipes that call for these sweet morsels! In the 1930s, Ruth Graves Wakefield created the original chocolate chip cookie at her Toll House Inn in Whitman, Massachusetts. Ruth intended to bake chocolate cookies for her guests, but she ran out of bakerā€™s chocolate. She substituted with chopped up semi-sweet chocolate morsels and discovered that the pieces did not melt into the dough as she expected. Her cookies were an instant hit. Today, 25% of all the cookies baked in the United States are chocolate chip! To celebrate National Chocolate Chip Day, pick up a bag of chocolate chips at the supermarket and bake something yummy to share with friends and cowor...

Collage Friday and a Video

We have had a good week here in NY. The snow is melting and the signs of spring are everywhere!  I am ready for the light coat and to put away my Uggs for the season.   Zachary worked on the Women and Children of the Revolutionary War - and some fun Scholastic - Super Science!  He is always working on his IPAD playing Scrabble, Words with Friends, Monopoly, Stack the States and Stack the Countries. The girls and I talked about what is happening outside with the plants and animals. Waking up!  Sammie also enjoyed this Sofia the First Unit. We had so much fun making our Chocolate Volcano Cakes from our Raddish box this week.   Of course some Spring crafting was in order. We made these easy cupcake paper and button flowers pictures. Also using some kitchen sponges (for stamping)  from dollar store to make these beautiful spring cards.  Thursday Science - again going to our Raddish box and finding a cool experiment. ...
