One of the advantages of homeschooling is using everyday tasks as learning tools. We do a lot of baking and cooking together as a family and the kids are always learning about measurements. For Science class today we made Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chip cookies. They are sooo good. Thought we would share the recipe!
2 cups peanut butter (we used chunky)
2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
Choc. Chips
Mix together, drop on your cookie sheet...bake until light brown...easy breezy....we love them..no white flour or white sugar so they are a little better for you!
